Wrap Around Support

Some organisations are large enough to have their own ICT staff.  But what happens when they need to go on holidays, or call in sick?

 

What about when a large project comes along that is too much for just 1-2 staff to handle, or perhaps outside their scope of knowledge?

 

This is where Wrap Around Support agreements are perfect.  These agreements can be tailor-made to suit any organisation shape or size, and are designed to scale up and down based on the needs of the organisation at any given time.

Pre Paid Hours

For those that don’t want to jump right in to a fully fledged Managed Service with our IT Pro offerings, Pre-Paid Hours can be a great place to start.

 

Pre-paid Hours come in 10, 20 and 50 hour blocks.  They offer a discount on the normal hourly rate, and also include a Service Level Agreement.
